Boxing - The techniques used during these sessions, using conventional training pads and gloves, provide the benefits of both resistance and cardiovascular training. This form of workout is becoming evermore popular as people are realizing the benefits (both physical and mental) of combat sport training. In addition to a great workout it is a highly efficient way of relieving stress and having fun.


Boxing can take place as individual lessons or as a compliment to our other programs and can be mixed in as a way of diversifying your personal training experience.
