FAQ

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONSULTATION?

This time will be spent finding out what we can do to make your health and fitness goals a reality. We want you as a client but we want to make sure that you're comfortable in our space and confident that we can help you. We encourage you to ask questions so when you leave you have all of the information you need to make your decision.

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING IS RIGHT FOR ME?
There are several things to consider when trying to decide which type of training will help you to realize your fitness goals: Do you have any current injuries or ailments?...Is this your first experience with a personal trainer?...What training approach is going to keep you the most engaged and likely to continue? All of these are questions that we will entertain when finding a suitable type of training for you. In the end we want you to be safe, happy and get wonderful results from your experience with us. With that in mind the best program is always the one you stick to and enjoy.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE BEGINNING MY TRAINING SESSIONS?
Before your first personal training or boot camp session, you will need to complete our PAR-Q and Liability Form. The PAR-Q or Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, assures us that you are ready to increase the amount of physical activity in your life. These forms must be printed out and completed before you begin training.
