Spring/Summer 2010 Kickboxing Bootcamps at Vancouver’s
beautiful Coopers Park. Lose inches, weight and body
fat while increasing strength, lean muscle mass and
energy…all this while learning some great kickboxing
skills.

The
Location - The Bootcamps will take place
at beautiful Coopers Park. [Google

The
Details - The Bootcamps will consist
of 12 1Hr sessions, 3/week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
over a 4 week period.
The Training - Unlike most Bootcamps,
this one offers the opportunity to learn the skills
of Kickboxing. Through hybrid sessions of Kickboxing,
Resistance Training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval
Training) we guarantee a vigorous and rewarding workout.
The Diet - It is an option to be weighed
and measured in order to provide you with a professionally
designed nutrition plan.
The Time (Month) - The Bootcamps will
begin in the first week of April 2010 and run until
the last week of October 2010.
The Time (Day) - 6am, 7am, 8am &
6pm* (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

The Progress Report - Where do you
stand after a 4 week, an 8 week period and so on? We
will document what you can do when you start the Bootcamp
and what you can do on the last day. The results will
make you ecstatic!
The
Trainers
Paul
Bryan is a well respected and experienced certified
vancouver personal trainer. He has an extensive background
in sports, athletics and kickboxing on both provincial
and national levels.
Logan
Lidemark is a certified personal trainer and is well
decorated as a martial artist with an extensive background
in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing.
Both trainers are eager to teach and motivate their
students and thrive on seeing results while having fun.
The
Price - We are happy to be able to offer
this service for the price of $200.00
per 4 week Bootcamp (12 sessions) +
HST.
