Vancouver Personal Training and Vancouver Boot Camps
Before you begin your training we ask that you read the following and complete any necessary forms:
1. Print out our Liability and PAR-Q form, fill it out, and bring it in for your first visit.
(Par-Q: all of your answers must be “NO” or you will need a note from you doctor)
2. Read our Terms and Conditions
3. Please arrive at the gym 15 minutes before your first session.
4. Note our location (2440 Main St., Vancouver, BC) is Gracie Barra gym.

5. Metered parking is free before 9am and is available along both sides of Main St. as well as on surrounding side streets. Free 2 hour parking can also be found in the immediate surrounding area. Please note street signs and when parking is allowed and prohibited.
